Find a lawyer or manager or business affairs person or community sponsored business affairs programs that understands the local laws. What is an LLC? What is an S Corp ? What is a 501 c3 charity/non-profit, etc...and which structure works best for me?
- My expertise about the subject Being a self employed professional for many years I have learned the tax codes and business structures that can help protect the resources of a small business. I have experience in commercial property ownership - business structures, tax codes, etc...
